Paying for plugins is crazy - sorry but you are talking about easily 5-10 plugins and that costs quite a bit of money. No toolbar, no nothing - just the PDF and a scrollbar; a hell of a lot nicer than the usual PDF plugin experience. apple +/- zooms like you expect, ctrl-click for all those view options you usually only fiddle with by accident.
