This is the best free open source. But if you're planning to buy an open source job boards (or jobsite php script, as others may refer to) software that is affordable, I recommend Jammit. There are a lot of Job Boards out there but Jammit is far more superior from the rest. The other one is webJobs, it's good. But it's zend optimized. So you are not free to customized the script in the way you want. Another awesome script is Job2C, but it's a bit outdated. It has a lot of features but it's too expensive and the other seems not to be updating it anymore. Great thing there's Jobberbase to provides us an easy to use, easy to customize job board script.
