Scour is a search engine that aggregates results from Google, Yahoo and MSN for you. This search engine allows you to streamline your searches depending on the results you want. If you feel a result should be above others, you have an option to vote it up or down or simply leave a comment on it. The down fall I personally find is you have to create an account to be able to use the voting and commenting services. However, there is a plus aspect to signing up. Every time you do a search using Scour, you get a point. You can add more points to your account by participating on activities like voting and commenting.
