As usual I headed over to Techcrunch to see what’s new and I was hit by quite a shocking news – Earthcomber sued them for the dumbest reason on earth. Here is a brief excerpt from Michael Arrington,
We will not be bullied, and people who file frivolous lawsuits need to be put down. I would rather run TechCrunch into the ground and go out of business than let this guy win.

The CEO of Earthcomber, Jim Brady has really taken a hit in the ‘Smart’ category. His ratings in other areas aren’t looking too great either.
