Surprised! We were pretty amazed ourselves when we heard the news but its true. The alpha version of Windows 7 that was released to the developers at the conference has already hit the popular BitTorrent sites such The Pirate Bay and Mininova. As of this writing, there were more than 1000 people uploading the pre-beta version and the number of downloaders were over 7000. It seems like a lot of people are looking forward to the new operating system. Microsoft received quite a bit of harsh criticism on its latest operating system Vista so we assume they might have done things differently on Windows 7.
This is what one of the user had to say regarding the alpha version of the Operating System,
There is nothing (sic) new in it, I wouldn’t recommend this to download. Waste of time. Happy with Vista.
Will you be downloading the pre-beta version and giving it a spin? Let us know through your comments. We are going to hold on it until it actually releases. Microsoft does such a crappy job with finished products that we don’t have the nerves to try their products that are still in pre-beta phase.
