Yahoo has turned down Microsoft’s offer yet again to buy the internet company’s search business. Yahoo was given 24 hours to make the decision whether or not they will be entertaining the offer, but after a meeting with legal and financial advisers, Yahoo decided to reject the offer.

Here is what Yahoo’s Chairman had to say,

It is ludicrous to think that our board could accept such a proposal. While this type of erratic and unpredictable behavior is consistent with what we have come to expect from Microsoft, we will not be bludgeoned into a transaction that is not in the best interests of our stockholders.

Yahoo says it will accept a sale of it’s search business if the terms are favorable.
